Pam Burkard is a New Smyrna Beach resident and homeowner of 29 years. Holding a Florida real estate license since 1991, Pam has vast experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. Be it marketing and staging homes for sale, finding the "right house" with buyers, and making sure the customer's goals are met, her knowledge and calm demeanor brings ease to the process! 

Pam and her husband John own and operate Southeast Builders Quality Homes, Inc. serving Southeast Volusia County for over 27 years, they have helped hundreds of homeowners create a new lifesytle by designing and building custom homes or remodeling.

When Pam is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and playing with two beautiful grand-daughters. Her personal interests are in decor, gardening/landscaping, volunteering in the community and road trips. She loves living in Volusia County and the diversity it's cities provide.
